This will take the amount of bonuses for each full time employee up to £1250 since the company became an employee-owned company back in 2020.

CEO for Shaw, Russell Brown, has said: “We are delighted to be able to share some of the company’s profits with you in the form of another EOT bonus in December. The continued hard work of our employees means that because we are ahead of our budget we are able to give them a share of the upside”.
