Employee of the Month at Froome Bank goes to… Hayley!

Hayley is our service administrator. Nothing is too much trouble for Hayley. She will sort rota, holiday or any other problems ASAP. Hayley is polite, kind and does her best for the home, staff and residents. THANK YOU :)

Double celebrations at Froome Bank yesterday as we celebrated our 20th Anniversary and Long Service Awards!

Employees were presented with gifts and certificates by Shaw heathcare CEO Russell Brown, Shaw Board Member's Simon MacSorley and Helen Black, Regional Operations Manager Rachel Glover-Winfield and Mayor of Bromyard Cllr Mark Franklin.

Staff and Residents enjoyed a fantastic buffet and enjoyed the entertainment supplied by Dave.

Thank you to all that came and celebrated with us.

Froome Bank residents went out for a bus trip around Bromyard and local areas. All seemed to have enjoyed the views and places familiar to them.

Josey Davies was an employee at Froome Bank and this week marks five years since she sadly lost her life due to a rare autoimmune condition called Scleroderma.

Josey’s daughter, Naomi, has signed up to run the Cheltenham Half Marathon on 1st September 2024. Proceeds will go to support Scleroderma & Raynaud's UK (SRUK) and increase awareness of this truly awful condition.

Employee of the Month at Froome Bank goes to Lauren!

Lauren works night and day shifts, she is also Bank Team Leader. She is very skilled in arts and crafts and did activities with residents during our Activity Champion’s absence.

Jenny is a helpful and hardworking Team Leader. There is no task too big for her to complete - she always find her way :) Thank you!

Residents at Froome Bank enjoyed making stuffed sock animal toys today!

Froome Bank residents helped staff making cinnamon sticks on Sunday.

The sticks did not last long and were enjoyed by all! Residents also enjoyed a visit from Brooke – one of Team Leaders dog. 😊

Last week Froome Bank said good bye to 2 members of staff. Lynn – our administrator for 16 years – is retiring and Alicia is going on Maternity leave.

Froome Bank’s employee of the month is Sahra. Sahra works hard - nothing is too much trouble for her. She is kind and caring to the residents and towards other employees.

Sahra is generally a lovely, kind, caring and hardworking member of staff.
