Sycamore Lodge in Nailsea is proud to announce its victory at the Care and Support West awards last night, where the team was honoured with the prestigious “Team of the Year” award. The award was sponsored by North Somerset Council, recognising the exceptional dedication and hard work of the entire team at Sycamore Lodge.
Their award was won based on their value they place on their employees, enhanced quality care scores and exceptional amount of positive comments from a diverse selection of families.
As winners, Sycamore Lodge will now be forwarded to compete in the Great British Care Awards, where they will have the opportunity to showcase their outstanding commitment to quality care on a national stage.
Barry O’Driscoll, Service Manager, shared his pride in the team's achievements, saying, “We’ve all been working so hard to make Sycamore Lodge the best it can be. We recently had a massive makeover, and the place looks great, but I’m even more delighted that the whole team has been recognized. I’m so proud of the effort they put into delivering great care.”
