The Martlets recognise Becky Isted as Employee of the Month for January. Becky was nominate by her colleagues as she always listens to staff and supports them wherever possible. She makes the shift enjoyable and brings positivity and happiness to the home. She has a kind and caring nature, is extremely compassionate and is amazing with the people who live in our Service.
