The Trenewydd Activities planner loves organising a party, especially when she knows that the whole team will pull together and make it a success, ensuring the residents have the best day possible.
Thanks to all the families, friends and businesses that donated prizes to the raffle and those who purchased tickets. You all helped raise an impressive £269.
Kitchen staff served delicious food all day, the domestic team went above and beyond to assist on top of their daily workload, carers helped ensure all residents were able to participate and families and friends joined in with what became, a fabulous Christmas party. Elf Elen and Paul attended despite being off duty, creating a real feeling of team spirit. Deputy manager Tina tried her hand at all roles from waitress to a "pass the parcel" runner and Home Manager, Richard, delivered a heart-felt message thanking all who attended for a joyful and memorable day.
Home-made Mincepies and a brew kicked off the festivities, followed by prize Bingo, a Christmas Quiz, Holly Singing, a Raffle, Pass the Parcel, Best bauble awards, Wordsearch winners and of course, Ye Olde Stumble Inn Pub was open.
Thanks to local businesses Flowers By Becca Jane, Philipa Breakwell Adi, The Hidden Jem, Kelly's Kitchen, The Gremlin Pub, Geraint Williams Window Cleaners and Morrisons Community Champion.
